Incident Narrative
An employee was using a fence post driver to install temporary fence posts. After he installed a post, he noticed that it was crooked. He was attempting to straighten it when he lost his footing. The post then swung back and hit him in the face, severely lacerating his nose and requiring overnight hospitalization.
