Incident Narrative

An employee was loading 500 gallon tanks onto his tractor-trailer truck with a crane on the backside of the truck cab. When the employee lifted one of the tanks that he had rigged to the crane, it still had propane in it, causing it to be heavier than expected. The rigged tank bumped another tank next to it that then rolled into the employee on the ground resulting in a broken left leg.
