Incident Narrative

Three employees were manually offloading a steel H-brace from a utility trailer. As the crew was attempting to push the brace away from the trailer, the brace slid down and struck one employee across both knees. The employee suffered a fracture to the left knee and a 4-inch laceration above the left knee.
