Incident Narrative

On February 1, 2018, two employees were unloading equipment from a truck. The injured employee was pulling the equipment while a coworker pushed from the other side. The equipment's casters were caught on the edge of the ramp and the equipment tipped over, falling on top of the injured employee, resulting in a back injury that required hospitalization.
