Incident Narrative

An employee was stringing an overhead powerline of a pulling rig between two towers. When another employee started pulling the wire, the employee maintained contact with the wire and was raised approximately 15 to 20 feet above the ground. He then lost his grip on the wire and fell to the ground, breaking his pelvis and left wrist.
