An employee was working in a bucket truck to put up a cable for a new telecommunication line on a utility pole. The employee was trying to throw the line over the trees when the line got stuck in vegetation and the employee fell 20 feet from the bucket to the ground. The employee suffered a broken leg and back injuries and was hospitalized. Fall protection was not worn at the time of the incident.
