On 12/20/2017, at about 10:00 a.m., an employee was operating a masonry mixer when he attempted to scrape the dry mortar off the side. His fingers were caught in the mixer, amputating his index and middle fingertips to the first knuckle and detaching his pinky finger from his right hand.
