On December 7, 2017, at approximately 3:30 PM, an employee was taking parts off a combine and placing them in a pallet box when the employee stepped down into a pallet box and fell 6 feet to the ground. The employee fractured the transverse L1 vertebra, requiring overnight hospitalization.
