Incident Narrative
On March 4, 2022, an employee was removing concrete wall forms from a poured concrete wall and stoop on a new residential construction project. While walking/working from the top of a concrete wall, the employee lowered a wall form to the ground and it caught the employee's clothing pulling the employee from the top of the wall to the dirt ground 8 feet below. The employee was hospitalized for facial injuries, abrasions, and a fractured left wrist.
