An employee was painting while standing on an A-frame ladder. He slipped while stepping onto the ladder's third step. One foot stayed within the ladder while the rest of his body fell back. His back right leg landed on the floor while his left leg was stuck in the ladder. He suffered numbness in the saddle region along the medical aspect of his left thigh.
