Incident Narrative
The injured employee was cleaning the lower plates of a printing press with a towel wrapped around his right hand. A second employee was cleaning/setting up the upper portion of the press. The injured employee's hand was pulled into the press, due to the towel; partially amputating his right thumb and crushing the right ring finger.
