Incident Narrative
A forklift operator was driving in reverse and making a right-hand turn when he collided with a 4,000-pound steel parts basket. The basket was pushed into a nearby employee who was operating a press, pinching him between the basket and the power press. He suffered a right buttock laceration and right leg contusion.
