Incident Narrative

On April 14, 2023, four employees were working at the company yard removing 50-foot, 3,000-pound signal poles. One employee was using a forklift to remove signal poles from the trailer when a pole fell off the forklift and landed on an employee that was working on the ground. The injured employee was hospitalized for bilateral leg fractures and a dislocated shoulder and required surgery.
