Incident Narrative

An employee was exiting the property's roadway while driving an Isuzu NPR Spray rig when he hit the two concrete walls and came to rest on an oak tree. This resulted in two broken legs, a broken left arm and wrist, a broken jaw and multiple cuts to the head and face. The employee was hospitalized for treatment.
