Incident Narrative

An employee was pushing an empty pallet with a pallet jack when the empty pallet got stuck on the pallet jack. The employee tried to get the pallet off the pallet jack while near a post. The pallet jack struck the post and the employee fell off the pallet jack, resulting in a head laceration and possible concussion.
