Incident Narrative

An employee was on an upper platform of power-producing machinery checking the phase rotations on the fan motors. While descending a fixed ladder to come down from the upper platform, the employee fell off a lower rung approximately 4 feet to the floor below. The employee suffered a bruised left leg and back pain.
