Incident Narrative
An employee was directing a forklift that was moving a transformer and its stand. After the forklift lifted the transformer and stand, the transformer began to shift and fall, causing the stand to fall on its side. The stand bounced and one of its metal legs hit the employee, cracking two of the employee's ribs.
