Incident Narrative

An employee was working with a crew to remove a tree branch from a cable wire on a pole that fell down during a storm. A crew member was cutting a branch to free it from the communications line when it hit an adjacent branch, which then fell onto the employee's back and pinned him to the ground. He fractured his rib and punctured his lung.
