Workers were removing a load of rebar from the jobsite with a rough terrain forklift when the load of rebar shifted. An employee on the ground was struck by the falling load and ended up falling onto cribbing, fracturing the right ring finger, left pelvis, and tailbone. The employee was hospitalized.
