Incident Narrative
The employee was supervising the outbound dock. A PIT operator passed by her towing two over the road (OTR) containers. As the PIT passed, the door of one of the OTRs came open and hit another OTR that was staged near where the employee was standing. That OTR struck the employee causing her to fall to the floor and fracture her hip.
