Incident Narrative

On May 22, 2015, a contractor had removed the stairs from a job trailer in order to install skirting around the trailer. An employee, who had not heard the warning of the contractor, exited the trailer and fell 40 inches to the gravel below. The employee fractured his right leg and was transported to a local hospital.
