Incident Narrative
An employee was on a dock attempting to dislodge a tarp winder that was caught on a truck trailer. When the tarp winder became dislodged, the employee fell 4.5 to 5 feet to the concrete floor between the dock and the trailer, cracking his pelvis and seven ribs.
