Incident Narrative

An employee was tying down a crane boom onto a flatbed trailer. As he was on the flatbed, securing the boom with tiedowns, he lost his grip and fell about 5 feet. He hit a box trailer and then the gravel ground, suffering damaged vertebrae in the lower back.
