Incident Narrative

A maintenance employee was connecting a meter to a disgester. The employee was checking the digester probe when he was splashed by hot condensate from the digester. The employee suffered burns on the right torso, right arm, and right thigh. He was transported to the hospital where he received emergency treatment and was kept overnight for observation.
