Incident Narrative

Employee 1 was installing floor joists when he called employee 2 to come over because he was not feeling well. Employee 2 came over and had to retrieve employee 1 by his safety harness. Employee 2 found that a nail from a nail gun had punctured the right side of employee 1's neck.
