"NOTE: THE LOCATION OF THIS INCIDENT WAS ORIGINALLY REPORTED TO THE NRC AS503 S MACEDO. THE DRIVER OF SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE, TRAVELLING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED, LOST AND WENT AIRBORNE OVE THE 6-FOOT HIGH FENCE OF A GATE STATION, CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE REGULATING FACILITIES. THE DAMAGE CAUSED A REPID DEPRESSURIZATION, RESULTING IN A SYTEM OUTAGE AFFECTING 6,436 CUSTOMERS."
