Incident Narrative
THIS RELEASE WAS DUE TO INTERNAL CORROSION ON A 24 INCH MANIFOLD HEADER WHICH IS CONNECTED TO BREAKOUT TANKS AND REGULATED HARDARDOUS LIQUID PIPELINES. THE SPILL WAS CONTAINED IN SECONDARY CONTAINMENT AND DUE TO BELOW FREEZING TEMPERATURE AT THE TIME OF THE SPILL THERE WAS NO SOIL CONTAMINATION.
