"AT 1030 CDT ON 20 MAY 10 CPL FIELD PERSONNEL WERE PERFORMING ROW MAINTENANCE ON THE WTX LPG LONE CAMP LATERAL IN PALO PINTO COUNTY, TX. WHEN THEY DISCOVERED A SMALL DIAMETER ICE PATCH @ MP 2.57, 200' NORTH OF GIBBS RD. NEAR GORDON, TX. THE LINE WAS SHUT DOWN AND ISOLATED. AFTER EVACUATING THE PRODUCT FROM THE LINE, THE CREWS PURGED THE LINE WITH NITROGEN UNTIL IT COULD BE SAFELY EXCAVATED. THE CREW FOUND A SMALL PINHOLE LEAK IN A PIT TO BE THE CAUSE. THEY REPLACED THE LEAKING SECTION & BROUGHT THE LATERAL BACK ONLINE @ 20:00 ON 23 MAY 10."
