SEAL FAILURE ON DILUTE PROPYLENE PUMP. ANALYSIS OF THE FAILED SEAL SUGGESTED THAT A BLACK POWDER MAY HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE PREMATURE FAILURE OF THE SEAL. EMPCO IS INCREASING THE FREQUENCY OF FILTER CHANGES UNTIL THE SOURCE OF THE BLACK POWDER IS IDENTIFIED.
