IN THE PROCESS OF THE LOCAL WATER UTILITY REPAIRING A LEAK, THEY SEVERED A 2"" DISTRIBUTION MAIN. THE BACKHOE CAUSED AN IGNITION OF THE ESCAPING NATURAL GAS. THE BACKHOE WAS DESTROYED BUT NO ONE WAS INJURED.
