"DURING A ROUTINE FACILITY INSPECTION, A LEAK WAS IDENTIFIED ON THE PUMP SIDE OF A FLANGE ON A BREAK-OUT TANK. ONE OR MORE FLANGE BOLTS HAD WORKED LOOSE AND WERE TIGHTENED TO SPECIFICATIONS, STOPPING THE LEAK. APPROXIMATELY 2 GALLONS OF FREE PRODUCT WAS RECOVERED AND THE IMPACTED SOIL CLEANED UP ACCORDING TO COMPANY AND STATE GUIDELINES."
