DEADLEG INTERNAL CORROSION CREATED ALONG THE 24INCH CRUDE B SUCTION LINE. METER CONFIGURATION DID NOT ALLOW ISOLATION OF THE DEADLEG FROM ACTIVE LINE. LOW LAMINAR FLOW OVER TIME CREATED INTERNAL CORROSION BETWEEN 5 & 7 O'CLOCK POSITIONS AS MEASURED POST INCIDENT BY UT READINGS.
