A MECHANICAL SEAL ON THE PUMP FAILED. THE PRODUCT WAS RELEASED ONTO THE PUMP BASE AND GRAVEL FROM THE FAILED SEAL DUE TOTHE CLOOGED DRAIN PORT ON THE SEAL GLAND.
