SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS WERE EMPLOYED TO DETERMINE IT WAS BEST TO SHUT THE GAS SUPPLY TO THE DAMAGED AREA BY USE OF VALVES INSTEAD OF REMOTE HOLE SQUEEZE LOCATION.
