Incident Narrative
MULTIPLE GAS ODOR COMPLAINTS WERE RECEIVED AND INVESTIGATED BY CUSTOMER CALL CENTER. THE NATIONAL RESPONSE CENTER WAS NOTIFIED OUT OF AN ABUNDANCE OF CAUTION DUE TO THE CALL VOLUME. SUBSEQUENT CHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF HTE GAS REVEALED EXCESS ODORANT CONCENTRATIONS. IT WAS LATER DETERMINED THAT THE LIQUEFACTION PANT FEED GAS PURIFICATION PROCESS REINJECTION SYSTEM (MERCAPTAN/MOISTURE) REQUIRES ADJUSTMENT TO ENSURE PROPER INJECTION RATIO INTO DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM.
