"A TWO-INCH BALL VALVE ON A PROVER CRACKED DUE TO ICE FORMING IN THE VALVE, RESULTING IN THE RELEASE. THE VALVE WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT AND THE IMPACTED SOIL WAS REMEDIATED ACCORDING TO COMPANY AND STATE STANDARDS."
