THIRD PARTY NOTIFIED KPL OF LEAKING FITTING ON THE PIG TRAP. KPL RESPONDED TO THE SITE AND DEPRESSURED THE PIG TRAP AND REPLACED THE O-RING ON THE THREADED PLUG THAT FAILED AND CAUSED THE RELEASE.
