AT 16:56 ON 9/5/10 A THIRD PARTY REPORTED A SMALL VAPOR CLOUD AT THE SCRAPER TRAP AT MP 87, MEDFORD OK. OPERATIONS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND DISCOVERED THAT A TUBING SENSING LINE BETWEEN THE REGULATOR AND CHART RECORDER WAS LEAKING BELOW GROUND. THE VALVE GOING TO THE TUBING WAS CLOSED AND THE LEAK STOPPED.
