Incident Narrative
THE SUBJECT THAT LIVED AT 718 BRATTONTOWN CIRCLE WAS APPARENTLY TRYING TO BURN DOWN HIS RESIDENTS. HE HAD BROKE THE BROOKS BARRLE LOCK OUT OF THE RISER VALVE AND DUCT TAPPED A GARDEN HOSE TO THE VALVE AND RUN IT UNDER THE FLOOR UP IN TO THE LIVING ROOM. THE SUBJECT TOLD POLICE THAT HE HAD ATTEMTED TO LIGHT A CIGARETTE AND THATS WHEN THE EXPLOSION OCCURED. THE SERVICE HAD BEEN SHUT OFF AND LOCKED SINCE 3/19/2008
