THIS RELEASE WAS DUE TO EXTERNAL CORROSION ON AN 8-INCH PIPELINE AT THE 9 O'CLOCK POSITION. PLAINS IS IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THE LINE OF OUT OF SERVICE AND PURGING IT.
