DIRECTIONAL DRILLING CONTRACTOR HIT A 2 INCH PE MAIN WHILE CONDUCTING BORING EXCAVATION ACTIVITIES. THE CONTRACTOR/EXCAVATOR DEVIATED FROM THE ORIGINAL BORE PATH AND FAILED TO EXPOSE AND DETERMINE THE DEPTH OF THE PIPELINE AT THE POINT OF CONFLICT.
