WATER FROZE IN THE WATER DRAW LINE AND A 2-INCHY BALL VALVE CAUSING THE WATER DRAW VALVE TO EXPAND AND LOOSEN THE RETAINER FROM THE BODY OF THE BALL VALVE RESULTING IN A RELEASE OF PRODUCT FROM THE TANK.
