APPROXIMATELY 125 BBLS OF CRUDE OIL WERE RELEASED WHEN THE IMPELLER IN THE PUMP BROKE CAUSING EXCESSIVE VIBRATION WHICH CAUSED THE SEAL TO LEAK.
