AT THIS TIME THE CORROSION RELATED FAILURE SEEMS TO BE THE RESULT OF DISBONDED POLY-TAPE WRAP USED IN A 1981 MAINTANCE PROJECT. INVESTIGATION CONCLUDED THE DISBONDED POLY TAPE COATING PREVENTED EFFECTIVE CATHODIC PROTECTION IN A LOCALIZED AREA. SUPPLIMENTAL REPORT NECESSARY TO FINALIZE.
