"RESIDENT HIT THE REGULATOR STATION BY AUTOMOBILE. GAS SYSTEM WAS SHUT DOWN AT THE MAIN HUB WHICH FED TO THE HIGH PRESSURE REGULATOR STATION. THE SYSTEM SHALL BE REBUILT WITH A BY-PASS REGULATOR STATION TO RESTORE DOWNSTREAM LOW PRESSURE TO HOSPITAL, NURSING HOMES, SCHOOLS, COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS."
