"THIRD PARTY CONTRACTOR (ALWAYS PREPARED) WAS BORING IN FIBER CONDUIT. DURING BACK REAMING OPERATIONS, HEAD IMPACTED 4"" PLASTIC MAIN AND TORE 3 X 5 HOLE IN TOP. THIS SECTION OF MAIN WAS NOT LOCATED AND THUS NOT SPOTTED PRIOR TO BORE. WGL 8"" MAIN HAD TO BE BY PASSED IN ORDER TO SAFELY MAKE REPAIRS. WGL MADE SAFE. CGV MADE REPAIRS TO 4"" MAIN DAMAGED AFTER DEMARK VALVE. NO OUTAGES OR OTHER DAMAGES."
