"2:57 AM: LOVINGTON REFINERY OPERATOR DISCOVERED RELEASE AND NOTIFIED HEP ON-CALL PERSONNEL. 2:58 AM: HEP CONTROL CENTER WAS NOTIFIED, PIPELINE WAS SHUTDOWN AND CONTRACTOR CREWS WERE CALLED OUT. 4:06 AM: RESPONSE/CLEANUP TEAM ARRIVED ON-SITE. 4:54 AM: NOTIFIED THE NRC - REPORT #1034230. 1:00 PM: REPAIRS COMPLETE AND THE PIPELINE WAS PLACED BACK IN OPERATION."
