LANDOWNER HAD PUT IN SOME FARMING DRAIN TILES AND HIT NUSTAR PIPELINE WITH HIS EQUIPMENT CAUSING A DENT WITH A GOUGE THAT CAUSED A PIN HOLE LEAK TO OCCUR.
