STEM PACKING ON A MAINLINE VALVE WAS IDENTIFIED AS THE LEAK SOURCE. IT WAS DETERMINED DURING LINE REVERSAL THAT THIS VALVE WAS NOT NEEDED, AND THEREFORE REMOVED.
