"AIR PATROL NOTIFIED FIELD PERSONNEL OF A STAINED GRASS AREA ON THE RIGHT-OF- WAY NEAR MILEPOST 10 ON THE COLMESNEIL TO CHESTER 8"" PIPELINE. THE LINE SEGMENT WAS NOT RUNNING AT THE TIME. FIELD PERSONNEL VERIFIED THE STAIN, EXCAVATED THE LINE SEGMENT AND INSTALLED A PLIDCO CLAMP ON THE LINE. THE AFFECTED PIPE WAS CUT OUT AND REPLACED WITH NEW PIPE ON 3/2/2013."
